The hotel staff were very polite and accommodating, always ready to help. The location was great, just across the road from the cable car. The breakfast was excellent and had lots of choices to choose from.

The internet connection was not very good, and there wasn't much else around the hotel to choose from. The swimming pool was underground and quite cold, and I had to go through dark rooms with no signs to get to it.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is verysuper clean and cozy. Breakfast has a good selection. The location is convenient and close to transportation.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, whether you want to explore the city center or take a cable car ride for a view of the city. the staff is helpful and the check-in process is easy. the rooms are clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities for a good stay including free WiFi.

One aspect that needs improvement is the breakfast service, as mentioned by some guests in their reviews.

Nice hotel with comfortable bed, decently-sized rooms. Staff speaks good English. Mosquito nets, fridge, minibar, TV with international channels. Helpful staff, good breakfast. Great location for Kok Tobe cable car.

The hotel's location was unbeatable - it was right in the heart of the city and walking distance from major attractions. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay unforgettable. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.

The soundproofing in the hotel could do with some improvement as we were woken up by noise from other rooms. some staff members struggled with English, which made communication challenging at times.
